In Loving Memory of Fritz Capone

Fritz Capone was an entertainer out of Wichita, Kansas and held titles through Kansas and Oklahoma.  Sadly we lost this wonderful entertainer in July of 2010.  Our heart goes out to all of her friends and family.

  1. Fritz was a class act…. One of kind. I first starting seeing Fritz doing shows in the early 80’s.
When I became a entertainer myself he is what I inspired to be!
    Fun, Outgoing, Sincere….
He taught me to always be myself and be proud of it!
    Much love my sister….

  2. I’ve know Fritz for 30 yrs since he moved to Wichita Ks , and saw him preform at the Free Spirit club as a guest , then he became the show director at Our Fantasy and have watch and him ever since , and also preformed with him for many shows and benifits . He will be truly missed not only in the Wichita community but from coast to coast..
    RIP Fritzie

  3. WOW i have been a friend of his since i was 16 years old and used to hide in his dressing room at fantasy ……he will be missed

  4. Bill & I have been together for 26 years, and we remember him performing @ Angles & the Free Spirit in OKC. We drove up to Wichita several times to see him.. He will be missed!

  5. This is such sad news for me. I featured Fritz Capone in 100 of the Most Influential Gay Entertainers. The pre-release was December 2010. I had no idea until now (08/19/2011) that he had passed away. I recorded his story and in Volume II which I am currently working on, I will do a Tribute.

  6. Never-ever – Will a star shine as bright, nor a smile give the warmth, that radiated from Fritter…Jim Freeman-Jimmy Dale Freeman-was the greatest showman I have ever known. It was my privelege and honor as a dj, and his friend, to be by his side for our 30 plus years at the Fantasy…I love and miss you my friend..Until I see you again, I hold your laughter in my heart…

  7. I recently returned to Wichita and found out that Fritz had passed. He was truly a special man. He is, and will continue to be missed.
