Mr. Gay All-American Emeritus (1984) Ron East and Miss Gay America 1974, the Lady Baronessa Maria Andrea del Santiago at the podium. No notes are on the photo, but if I were to venture a guess, there is a high likelihood that the duo is emceeing preliminary competition at either Miss Gay America 1983/84 or Mr. Gay All-American 1984/85, both held in Oklahoma City.
