The establishment was a sequel to the prior <a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=112275\">Treetops<\/a> that had been on Cherry Street.  Tree Tops Act Two, which operated between 1980 and 1983, was a joint venture between <a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=91602\">Buddy Brendle<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=48290\">Jeff Reeves<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=10690\">Nancy Newton<\/a> before they opened <a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=91733\">Club Cabaret<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: We are still researching this club to determine its exact location as well as any entertainers who may have been featured there.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tree Tops Act Two, now closed, was a venue on 14th Avenue in Hickory, North Carolina.
