February 21, 1971 – April 14, 2012<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rose Petal was the illusion of William Brett Basher and resided in Muncie, Indiana.  Rose was known for her sweet nature and will be fondly remembered on stage for her impersonation of Judy Garland.  After her passing a group was named in Rose’s honor to provide touch therapy to anyone living with HIV\/AIDS free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
