of 2015. &nbsp;Our heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">A memorial benefit was held at Toolbox Saloon on December 19th, 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
