York where she was featured at places like Suite Bar.&nbsp;&nbsp; She had also been a featured performer at places like Hetrick-Martin High, XL Bar, La Nueva Escuelita and El Morrocco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Sahara was featured on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ourcommunityroots.com\/?p=130547\">Season 2 of RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race<\/a>&nbsp;that premiered on February 1st, 2010 on Logo.&nbsp;Sadly Sahara passed away on October 1st, 2012 at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland due to heart failure. &nbsp;We salute the artistry that was Sahara Davenport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
