In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Marshall Varner Dugank, started an online honoring system, there is no competition, no pageant, and no prize package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The winners are selected each year in October for the next respected year, these individuals that are selected are based on their online presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This basically allows anyone in the world, to see the entertainers of the year. The individuals that everybody\u2019s talking about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marshall selects the winners and just logs them into a notebook, after five winners are announced he has them engraved into a plaque. This is his way of representing those in the world with his own personal recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
