Claudia Sinclair was an entertainer out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Described as sweet, kind and encouraging, Claudia left her mark in the community and was a constant supporter of those around her. We sadly lost this light in August of 2020 but we salute the artistry that was Claudia Sinclair.
