Ava Glasscott is a model signed to Maggie Inc., a licensed cosmetologist and beauty influencer. 
The story of Ava’s journey as a trans model has been featured by NBC Boston and the WCVB-TV show Chronicle. Ava was the 2019 pride  Marsha of Boston pride. Ava was in Amy Schumer’s film I Feel Pretty (2018), Ava was included in a scene alongside Schumer, Lauren Hutton, Michelle Williams, and Aidy Bryant. Ava represented the State of Massachusetts in the Miss Trans USA Pageant 2019. She is the first post-op transgender contestant from New England to represent her Community in a National Pageant. She has also appeared in numerous documentary’s and film. In 2017 Ava lead an in-conversation event at Barnes & Noble with NYU sociologist Victor Corona about his nightlife book Night Class: A Downtown Memoir, in which she is included.

Ava has been profiled in VICE’s Broadly channel, mentioned in a New York nightlife article in The Times of London, and featured in EXHALE lifestyle. She has also been a guest speaker at Columbia University, where she spoke about her performance work, youth, and transition. Her modeling work has appeared in the magazine Boston Spirit, Logo TV’s Go Out Loud, MAXIM’S FINEST , Secrets and lace , and a Commonwealth of Massachusetts public health campaign.
