Lotta Balls, who calls herself the oldest drag queen in captivitiy, is an entertainer who we last heard resided in the Michigan City, Indiana area. In 2009, this queen of comedy was still going strong at the age of 75. On March 15, 2009, Lotta was featured as an entertainer at Encompass Night Club & Lounge in Lake Station, Indiana.
