This archive is for the first ever Miss Gay Short North America pageant held at Axis Nightclub in Columbus, Ohio on February 4th, 2023.  Cherry Poppins was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim.

Yasmine Kelly was stepping down and by the end of the evening, Jada Fenix-Lorez was crowned Miss Gay Short North America 2023.
