This archive is for the Miss Gay Kansas City America pageant that was held at Missie B’s in Kansas City, Missouri on February 5th, 2023. Vivian Versace was stepping down as Miss Gay Kansas City America 2022 and by the end of the evening Summer Knight was crowned Miss Gay Kansas City America 2023.
Tajma Stetson was the reigning Miss Gay Missouri America over the prelim.
