Chantelle L Douglas was an entertainer out of Phoenix, Arizona where she hosted a show called “Chantelle and Friends” at Amsterdam. She started performing in 1995 and worked prior to her passing at places like BS West where she had Friday night spots in the Element show and also at Charlie’s where she had been crowned with the bar’s title. Chantelle passed away on July 16th 2012. Our heart goes out to all of her friends and family.
