Jessica Nolan, known as the Latin Goddess, was an entertainer out of Florida. Sadly Jessica passed away on January 22nd, 2004 after a brief illness. Jessica started the art of female impersonation in the early 1980’s and in addition to her stage performances was a well known and respected show host and emcee.
