Ciara Dela’ Rosa is an entertainer from Portland, Oregon where she has been involved in the GLBTQ community since 1982. Ciara has bee featured at places like Embers Avenue and Darcelle XV Showplace in Portland. She has also been very involved in the Imperial Sovereign Rose Court which raises money for local community organizations.
