Quan Rutledge is the owner of Charlotte Black Pride. Quan is truly dedicated to the system and his community. In addition to running a successful system, he has also been a judge for many pageants.
Quan was inducted into the Don’t H8 Hall of Fame based on his dedication to the system and for all the members he registered and assisted with their reigns.
