Felicia Winters was a well loved entertainer out of Oklahoma. She was described as a beautiful person inside and out, whether on the stage or off. Many say Felicia had a “heart of gold” and state how much influence she had with others on their quests for the crown. After her passing, promoters and forever Miss Gay Oklahoma USofA at Large titleholders named the Legacy Award after her.
