Tori Daniels was stepping down and Sheridan Steele was crowned the new Miss Gay Miami Valley Ohio 2019. In a surprise ending for the pageant it was decided to make it a double crowning and Stacy Z. Candy was crowned the new Miss Gay Gem City Ohio 2019.
