These photos are from Miss Gay Ohio USofA at Large that was held at Axis Nightclub in Columbus, Ohio sometime in 2007.  Monica Paige St. James was stepping down and Alexis Stevens was crowned the new Miss Gay Ohio USofA at Large 2007.  Kathryn York was the reigning Miss Gay USofA at Large residing over the prelim.
