This archive is for the Miss Gay Heart of Ohio America pageant held at Axis Nightclub in Columbus, Ohio on April 13th, 2014. Britney Blaire was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim. Alli Katt was stepping down from the title and Alexis Stevens was crowned the new Miss Gay Heart of Ohio America by the end of the evening.
