Yasmine Kelly was stepping down as Miss Gay Columbus America 2020 after a two year reign caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. By the end of the evening, Heaux’Tell Onassis was crowned Miss Gay Columbus America 2022.
Ava Aurora Foxx was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim.
