This archive is for the Miss Gay Cincinnati America pageant held at the Cabaret in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 1st, 2014. Destiny Fayte was stepping down as Miss Gay Cincinnati America 2013 and Britney Blaire was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim.
By the end of the evening, Misty Phoenix-Judd (who would later go by the name Misty Phoenix St. James) was crowned Miss Gay Cincinnati America 2014.
