Karen Covergirl, also known as Smiley Diaz, was an entertainer from New York City where she was featured at places like the Dubplex, Monster Bar and Stonewall Inn.
We sadly lost Karen in August of 2017. Our heart goes out to all her friends and family. We salute the artistry that was Karen Covergirl.
