 admin  December 6, 2019 0 627

The Hayloft, now closed, was located at 77 N. Adams Street in Akron, Ohio. It opened in 1974, when Helen Jenkins re-branded her bar from the Robin’s Nest, a lesbian bar that she opened in the late 1960’s to a gay men’s club. On June 5th, 1979 Don Brown took over ownership of the bar he later renamed it Adams Street Bar.
