This archive is for the Miss Gay Heart of Ohio America pageant held at Axis Nightclub in Columbus, Ohio on February 27th, 2011. Diamond Hunter was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim. Cassandra Terrace was stepping down from the title and Alli Katt was crowned the new Miss Gay Heart of Ohio America by the end of the evening.
