Maja Jera was stepping down as Miss Gay Metropolitan America 2021 and by the end of the evening Alice D’Monroe was crowned the new Miss Gay Metropolitan America 2022.
Ava Aurora Foxx was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim.
