In 2010 the division was created for any and all individuals. The community was not too fond of drag and real biological women competing against one another, with Monica already being the title holder the board refused to remove the title from her, but to separate the divisions.
The title was won by the first biological woman in 2011 and continued on all the way until 2015, when the first trans woman won the title in 2016.
This system progressed into 2017 only to take a step back and become an administrative system 18, 19 and in 2019 chose to have one final hoorah. Anna step down as the last representative in the system has officially dissolved as of 2022.
National Miss Don’t H8 has been held in Hickory, North Carolina at Club Cabaret.
