In January 2020, Courtney Kelly (Miss Gay Ohio America 2019) announced that she would be doing promos with her Miss Gay Ohio America sisters throughout the year. The first released promo was with her 2011 sister, Deva Station, who was the first Miss Gay Ohio America to capture the national crown of Miss Gay America. These photos span from 2020 to 2021 when the pageant was postponed for a year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
