Cleo Brasher is a longtime pageant promoter for the Miss Gay Indiana and Mr. Gay Indiana system and its previous history. Residing in Indianapolis, Indiana, Cleo is a beloved role model for the Indiana community and beyond. In 2018, Cleo was awarded the “Life Time Achievement Award” and proclaimed the emeritus to both Miss and Mr. Gay Indiana.
