This is the archive for the Miss Gay North Carolina America pageant held at the Club Rio & On the Low in Hickory, North Carolina on October 9th, 2021. Aria Russo was stepping down from the title and Paris Brooks-Bonet was crowned the new Miss Gay North Carolina America 2021. Pattaya Hart was the reigning Miss Gay America residing over the prelim.
There were no preliminaries during this year and instead there was an open registration for the state pageant.
