These photos are from the Miss Gay Ohio USofA at Large pageant that was held at Axis Nightclub in Columbus, Ohio on July 11th, 2010. Akasha O’Hara Lords was stepping down. Mercedes Tyler was crowned the new Miss Gay Ohio USofA at Large and April Reign was the reigning Miss Gay USofA at Large residing over the prelim.
