This archive is for the Miss Gay Cincinnati America pageant held at the Cabaret in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 13th, 2013. Mahoganay Halsten Soule was stepping down as Miss Gay Cincinnati America 2011 (since the pageant hadn’t been held in 2012) and Selena West was the reigning Miss Gay Ohio America over the prelim.
By the end of the evening, Destiny Fayte was crowned Miss Gay Cincinnati America 2013 and Tina Hightower placed as 1st Alternate.
